Delivery

FOR UK:

Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 3 working days of your order being received unless otherwise specified to you by us.

There is a standard delivery charge of £3.95 for orders under £100

Delivery is free for orders above £100

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of UK VAT.


FOR OUTSIDE THE UK:

Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days of your order being received unless otherwise specified to you by us.

There is a standard delivery charge of £7.95 for all orders to be delivered outside of the UK.

All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country. The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the online order, this may be different from your billing address if requested by you at checkout.

After you place your order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive a second confirmation email and your goods will be dispatched within 24 hours. This e-mail will also contain details on how to track your order online or by telephone.

Due to the high value of the goods we sell we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or registered courier and will require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be received, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail collection office or registered courier depot for personal collection or re-delivery.

Once your order has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed for security purposes.

We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit/debit card authorisation.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Demea to the delivery address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.



Returns

When we deliver your goods to you we will include a returns slip and information on how to return the goods back to us.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with provided it meets our returns criteria as stated below. Unworn footwear can be returned by post using the returns slip with your invoice within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

If you decide to return the products after they have been delivered to you, you must return the products back to us, (having completed the enclosed returns slip) by registered or recorded delivery at your own cost, within 14 working day of receiving the goods. The products must be in unused and otherwise resaleable condition with designer tags still attached and original packaging if applicable. Shoe boxes should also be returned in the original outer packaging in order to ensure that they are protected from damage, shoe boxes are considered to be part of the product and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer/or refund refused. Therefore all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. You must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.

Please retain your Proof of Postage from the post office. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. We will email you (normally within 24 hours of receiving your parcel) to let you know the products have been received and your refund has been processed.

We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the products returned to us along with any charges for the original delivery to you (where appropriate). Please allow 21 days from the day your parcel is received by us to obtain your refund. If you do not return the products as requested you will not be entitled to a refund.

Please note for international delivery where such an order has been cancelled, we will refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods returned to us. This will usually be within 28 days of receiving back the products. All delivery charges and costs incurred for the return will be at the expense of the purchaser.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any of our products you should contact us by email or Telephone to arrange a full refund or replacement. If you would like to exchange a faulty product please be aware we can only replace it with the same product in the same size and colour subject to availability.

Returns & Exchanges made to destinations outside the UK will be subjected to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again. Any such costs are non refundable or reclaimable from Demea.
